Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Treasures Movie Bank. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information, including your date of birth where age-restricted content is concerned.

2. Purchases and licence

When you buy a title you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and watch it for private, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly screen or share files or download links.

3. Downloads

Download links are temporary and tied to your account. Titles may have a per-item download allowance. We may suspend downloads if we detect abuse, link sharing or automated scraping.

4. Payments and refunds

All prices are in Tanzanian shillings (TSh), are shown before checkout and are charged by our payment partner. Because digital content is available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or where a file is faulty and we cannot fix it. Contact us about any payment issue.

5. Content and rights

Availability can change over time; titles you already bought remain in your purchases where our agreements allow.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe our systems, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes; continued use means you accept them.
